OUR GUIDELINES

Environmental protection

Our environmental protection measures comply with the applicable legal requirements and are regularly reviewed. We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards. We support ecological and responsible action and promote environmentally friendly technologies. We are aware of the need for sustainable action; we encourage our employees and ask them to submit suggestions for improvement to the management, which are examined and – if appropriate and necessary – implemented.

Discrimination

Our employees are called upon to oppose any form of discrimination within the framework of the applicable rights and laws. This refers in particular to discrimination against employees on the basis of gender, race, disability, ethnic or cultural origin, religion or ideology, age or sexual orientation.

Human rights – Forced labor / Child labor

Compliance with internationally recognized human rights is respected and supported. Any form of forced labor is strictly rejected.
The regulations of the United Nations on human rights and children’s rights are observed.
In particular, the Convention on the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and the Convention concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labor should be used as a benchmark and observed. If a national regulation concerning child labor provides for stricter standards, these must be given priority.

Corruption / Dealing with gifts and invitations

Our employees are strictly instructed to comply with the applicable criminal law on corruption. Among other things, the following should be noted:
None of our employees may demand gifts or other personal benefits from customers, suppliers or other business partners. Accepting and giving gifts and other benefits is prohibited in particular if it appears likely to influence pending business decisions or violate a law, regulation or directive.

Fair competition

KSG-Maschinenbau GmbH stands for fair and undistorted competition.
We expect our employees not to participate in anti-competitive agreements or arrangements with other companies.

Involvement of business partners

The above rules of conduct must be observed in all business activities and decisions, in particular when selecting business partners. Partners where there are doubts as to whether they comply with these rules of conduct – for example with regard to forced and child labor, human rights – must be requested to do so,
to take these rules of conduct into account immediately; if necessary, they are to be replaced by other business partners.

Data protection and disclosure of information

All applicable data protection and security laws and regulations are complied with. This applies in particular to the personal data of customers, consumers and employees.

Social responsibility

The well-being of our employees and the population as a whole is important to us.
We provide a safe working environment for our employees by complying with the relevant legal requirements, regulations or company guidelines regarding occupational safety and active health protection.
Our internal occupational health and safety measures are regularly reviewed for efficiency and completeness and adjusted if necessary.
We recognize the right of every employee to appropriate remuneration and adhere to the legally guaranteed minimum wage.
